On Thursday, Karen Gaul’s TESC class harvested 910 pounds of cabbage! What a day! A record harvest this season. Sue Lundy brought in another 400 pounds on Friday.
Special thanks to helping groups! Mountain View Church of the Nazarene, The Life Point Church Youth Group, The GRuB School, with 35 students and Wade Arnold (the west side GRuB) .
These four groups are a terrific demonstration of personal, group, and community support for those in need.
The Olympia Kiwanis Food Bank Gardens are a magnet for the sharing of good will! We love enabling and being a part of this chain. (Leaders: spread the word and thanks to all who participated!)
